The DMPED Disposition Meeting is scheduled for March 29, 2025.
The tentative schedule is as follows:
- 8:30 AM – Doors open
- 9:00 AM – Event begins
- 9:25 AM – Presentations by bidders
- 2:00 PM – Open house begins
- 3:00 PM – Public forum begins
Please note that the times may shift slightly as DMPED finalizes the schedule.
The presentations will be recorded. The recording will be posted to the
project website as soon as it is available (likely the following week). Additionally, the individual presentations (in PDF format) will be available on the
project website on the day of the hearing.

The primary purpose of the disposition hearing is to receive public comments. Residents will have the chance to engage directly with the teams during the open house, where they can ask questions. After the open house, there will be a public forum during which residents can offer additional comments.
Whether you attend the hearing in person or not, residents can submit written comments during the 60-day period the record is open (until May 28).
