Sunshine Fest – DC Open Government Coalition

Please join the D.C. Open Government Coalition as we celebrate Sunshine Week on Wednesday March 19 with a program focusing on open government lessons from the past and visions for the future.
The event will take place at Clyde’s of Gallery Place starting with a reception sponsored by the organizers of Sunshine Fest 2025 beginning at 4:30 p.m. Our programming is scheduled to start at 6:15 p.m. and will feature D.C. Councilmember Robert White Jr. (At-Large), Sam P.K. Collins of The Washington Informer and Martin Austermuhle of The 51st. We are holding space and time for an interactive discussion with the audience on challenges and opportunities in transparency, including coalition building for reforms.
