UUSJ Democracy Leaders’ Event

The next UU Democracy Leaders meeting will be on Wednesday, May 28 at 7:30pm ET. This will be a working meeting to jointly plan our strategies moving forward. We will be using the four ‘B’ model to develop our strategies:
- Block: stopping as much harm from happening as possible
- Break: weakening and ultimately breaking authoritarian political strength and its popular support
- Bridge: bringing groups and individuals together to grow our pro-democracy movement
- Build: growing our power and causing transformative change
After an introduction to the model, we will have separate breakout groups for each of the 4 B’s to identify the collective strengths we have, what important actions we can take, and what is needed to enable us to take these actions.
