Dr. Oye Owolewa our DC Statehood Representative, is a member of the New Columbia Statehood Commission, created in 2014 to coordinate D.C.’s statehood initiatives. The Commission provides support to the shadow Congressional Delegation in promoting statehood for D.C. and voting rights for D.C. residents.
Dr. Owolewa will update our members on his community activities including his capital business seminars, drug take-back kiosk program, immigration town halls, and other issues.
